Are you searching for a sense of direction in starting or changing your career? Would you like to gain insight on what a fulfilling career for you looks like? Then this Ikigai workshop is spot on for you!
What to expect?
In this workshop you will learn how the Ikigai theory can be applicable for your career. In interactive assignments that you will do in small subgroups, you will be challenged to define:
- What you’re good at
- What you love
- What you would like to contribute
- What you could be rewarded for
In this way we are taking the first steps towards defining your Ikigai and finding a career that matches that!
Days and times: Wednesday 30th of September from 19:30h-22:00h
Duration: 2,5 hours

About the trainer
Erik graduated in Mechanical Engineering at TU/e and started a promising career in industry, but it never felt right. After spending years searching for alternative career options, he decided to pack up and travel the world to find answers. He realized the idea of work should be to contribute something, rather than making money. For that reason he founded Meaningful work, to change the way we think about work.
Meaningful Work is now providing workshops and seminars at various Dutch universities and corporates and was -amongst others- recently featured in the Online European Youth Event by the European Parliament.
The workshop will take place at a minimum of 4 participants
If we did not reach the number of minimum subscriptions by 48 hours before the start of the workshop, we have the right to cancel the workshop and to reschedule the workshop in good cooperation.
